Performance Test: Hardness no less than 3H, light transmittance no less than 94%, good scratch resistance. Other property tests are optional.
Final Check: Random sampling to confirm specifications, quantity and batches.

Packaging & Shipping
Upgrade the packaging method:
This is our packaging process. To ensure our safety, we have the following 5 steps
1.Put corner guards around the four corners of the pallet and secure them with tape to protect the four sides of the board.
2.Protect the thick paper grid around.
3.Wrap the pallet with a stretch film.
4.Put a cover on the top to protect the board.
5. The last step is to use packing tape to tie the pallet and secure it.

- Yes, full customization is supported. The MOQ is only 30sheets for customized specifications. We can tailor dimensions, thickness, colors, and surface processes (such as laminating) according to your requirements. PVC foam board MOQ is 6tons.
- Do you provide free samples? How long does it take to get the samples?
- We offer free samples in standard specifications. You only need to bear the shipping cost (which will be deducted from the amount for your subsequent large-scale orders). The sample production takes 1-3 days. It takes 5-7 days to ship the samples via international express. The production of custom samples takes 3-5 days.
